साधारण २००२-२००३ पासून ते २०१० पर्यंत मानवी गरजेप्रमाणे शैक्षणिक, निवारा, आरोग्य, रेशनिंग अशा प्रकारे सहकाऱ्यांसोबत लोकांसाठी काम करता करता असे लक्षात आले कि, या देशातील भ्रष्टाचारी प्रकृतीचा लोकसेवक हा नागरिकांना त्यांच्या अज्ञानाचा फायदा घेवून वेढीस धरतो. त्यामुळे शारिरीक आरोग्यापेक्षा ही मानसिक छळाला सामोरे जावे लागते आणि किचकट, विलंव, खर्चिक प्रशासकिय व न्यायालयीन प्रक्रियेमुळे कायद्यावर विश्वास ठेवण्या ऐवजी असहाय्यपणे लोक सहन करणे पसंत करतात. २०००-२०१० ला सम्यक फांउडेशनचे फॉर्मेशन करुन योग्य प्रवोधन, समर्थन, विचार, संकल्प, न्याय या तत्वावर कार्यक्रमाची आखणी करता करता, अनेक मान्यवरांचे मार्गदर्शन, सुचना लाभल्या आणि वेळोवेळी सुधारणा करुन Systematic Profile व Systematic Professional Type Work करण्याचे निश्चित करुन अनेकांच्या सहकार्याने Bright Ability Awareness & Propagate Foundation अर्थात BAAP या संस्थेचे ट्रस्ट म्हणून रजिस्ट्रेशन केले. आपले योग्य वेळी योग्य सहकार्य लाभेल याची अपेक्षा करतो
